In this activity students will define vocabulary words and generate examples of the vocabulary word. This activity requires students to read and produce written text. Modifications would allow for students to use oral text instead.

This resource requires the following modification to explicitly target listening comprehension: shift the burden of decoding/encoding onto the educator (i.e., the educator should read/write instead of the student(s)).
