Learning to Infer

What is it?

This resource provides a clear lesson outline for practitioners to use to introduce and practice inference. Note: *modifications to the complexity of the language and examples used may allow for use of this resource in elementary grades. Keep in mind, all students have unique knowledge that they use to make inferences. While it is important to provide constructive feedback to students as they learn new skills, practitioners should allow multiple answers, as students may have different interpretations of the same information due to differing background knowledge.
